Indonesia’s National Monument Tower (Tugu Monumen Nasional) is a 137 meter tall tower that is located in Central Jakarta, Indonesia designed by Soedarsono and Frederich Silaban. Its construction began on August 1959, and was officially introduced on August 17th 1961 although it wasn’t opened for public until July 12th 1975.
